The problem is that not many people know where the governance documents reside   

A governance document exists for the company which has guidance on how the intranet environment should be used and processes that need to be followed. Even among the people that know where it is, most don't make use of the document because it's too long and it's hard to find the exact policies you need to know when you need to know it. There needs to be a way to communicate governance information to people when they need it.

Use Case - Onboard users to new interfaces

When users visit new web interfaces, it's easy for them to get confused especially if there is a lot going on in those interfaces. We want to be able to provide automatic context sensitive guidance about those interfaces to the users so they are not confused. This information needs to be provided in the user's own workspace so they don't have to navigate somewhere else to get that information.

Regardless of how brilliant your organization’s ideas, how innovative its technology, or how solid the business plan –  regulatory compliance could potentially determine the eventual success or failure of your organization. This is a challenge that some organizations navigate more successfully than others.
